How the Process Works:

Step 1: 

You will work with our Team that will Find landlords that's willing to work with your Credit Challenges.

Issues Accepted: Low Credit, Broken Leases, Evictions, Bankruptcy, Criminal

Step 2:

Once Landlord says YES to working with your family. You will go Tour Home Options 

Step 3:

Once you like home you'll pay Security Deposit + First Month Rent to Landlord to Move into Home.

(Possible additional fees depending on Credit Issues)

You MUST be payment Ready at the time of signing LEASE.

Step 4:

Congrats You'll Move into your Home

Please start your Moving process 60-90 days in ADVANCE.

Step 5: 

After you Move into Home our Team will work on your Credit + Finances to become Mortgage Ready. You'll buy the home when you're Ready.

Requirements to MOVE:

500 minimum credit score

$2,100 Minimum Rental Budget income

Income 3X Rent Verifiable source of income

If you do not have the income you will NOT qualify. We do not accept Section 8

We do not accept FAKE DOCUMENTS. You will automatically be DECLINED

How To Get Started?

You'll pay the CREDIT FEE and then our Rental team will reach out to begin the process.
